A warm front will be lifting through the Delaware Valley tomorrow bringing temperatures back up into the 70s which is much closer to where they should be for this time of year. There will still be some wet weather out there, especially during the morning hours, but generally speaking this is a better day. The guidance is actually hinting at a couple of thunderstorms during the afternoon, mainly around the mouth of the Delaware Bay (Sussex and Cape May counties). Most of the region will be drying out drying out during the afternoon though.

There will likely be a huge temperatures difference from north to south during the afternoon. Georgetown, DE may end up in the upper 70s round 2-3pm. Meanwhile, places like Quakertown and Allentown will be stuck in the mid 50s!

By Memorial Day the entire region will be back up into the 70s.

The tradeoff is yet another round of rain and thunderstorms will be pushing through. This is mainly during the morning and into the first part of the afternoon. Conditions will quiet down between midday and 2pm north and west of the city, but it may take a couple more hours south and east.
