Another incredible night coming up! Look at the 6am temps tomorrow morning. I was originally going to say keep the windows open and keep letting that fresh air in. But now I may advise closing them because it may be too chilly! Not bad for June!
Some areas are about 15 degrees milder than 24 hours ago. Still cool and very comfortable, just milder. Get ready for another fantastic sun and clouds type day with highs in the upper 70s!
Enjoy it because we’ve got some big heat heading this way by the end of the week.

Today was a busy day. We hit the boardwalk in Ocean City. We played ice cream with Paigee. We took the dogs for a walk and we played bat and ball. Time to rest. 🦮🐶
We’re down in Ocean City today and the first thing we see is a Mr. Softee!! I had no idea they opened one on the boardwalk. And they even have the song playing! lol 😬
I woke up to 43 degrees this morning after spending the last month in a heat index of 100-110. Ok, now I’m ready to take the dogs for a walk this morning! 🥶🐕
It's pretty chilly out there again this morning. The coldest numbers are in the Pine Barrens in southern New Jersey. There's a couple of remote areas like Woodbine and Woodland Twp, that are actually in the 30s right now! Love it!
I can’t even believe I’m going to say this but I’ve been cold all day. Do I have Florida blood now? Lol. If I’m cold and it’s 60 degrees what am I going to do this winter when it’s 30 degrees!? lol

Look what I found! I was helping my mom clean out the shed when we stumbled on to this old box. It was my nans. Look how old some of these cooking tools are. From left to right that’s a cherry pitter from Pottstown, ice cube crusher, meat grinder, whisk, masher for mashed potatoes, knives (used for fish). Some of this stuff is more than 100 years old
Somebody call Pawn Stars! lol
Now this is what I’m talking about! Holy cow I’m actually chilly this morning! South Florida wouldn’t see this again until January. But then again I think that’s why most of the them that live there year round are down there in the first place. They don’t want to feel this chilly in the morning. lol 🤷🏼♂️

Actuality: In bed watching Marry Poppins with Paigee.
That drive wiped us out. I’m absolutely exhausted. Hopefully tomorrow we’ll get down to the boardwalk. In the meantime, live from the Sowers dungeon will start up again Sunday evening at 7:30pm.

I know this first hand now, there’s nothing like a slice of Jersey pizza! South Florida has a ton of incredible restaurants. I mean a ton! Beautiful! But for some reason we could never find a good slice of pizza down there. 🤷🏼♂️

Many have asked where’s Mr. Murphy. He’s riding shot gun with his dad. Lori is in the backseat with Paigee. Funny little story… Paige was hungry so I pulled into a McDonalds in Jacksonville yesterday. I asked the guy working at the register if they had any fruit. He said yes. I said great! What do you have? He said we have apple pies. lol 🤦🏻♂️
Now that we’re moving back to Jersey we’ll be going back to snowless winters again. You’re welcome. 🤣😂

Severe T’Storm Warning up until 1pm for portions of Cumberland and Cape May counties. Penny size hail and 60mph winds are possible. Everything is radar indicated so I do not have confirmation of hail or wind yet. But you can see a nice bow developing on the leading edge which usually indicates strong straight line wind. The storm is moving very quickly to the east at 40 mph.
