Beautiful Beach Day!

Weather Summary

Early morning clouds and areas of patchy fog will give way to a gorgeous afternoon with high temperatures in the upper 70s, low 80s. There will be a sea breeze blowing today out of the northeast. It’s a weak sea breeze, but a sea breeze, nonetheless.

The Jersey shore is your escape route from the oppressive heat and humidity over the next couple of days. As inland areas begin the bake, the beach will only see temperatures in the low 80s. But this all begins to change Wednesday. Once the overall wind direction begins to strengthen out of the west, the sea breeze will not be able to activate. And even if it does it will not be strong enough to penetrate too far inland. As a matter of fact, come Thursday and Friday temperatures on the sand will approach 100 degrees.
