A more unsettled start, with pockets of rain and a thunderstorm. This will be followed by a gradual decrease in the clouds during the afternoon. It is a warm and very humid day. The afternoon isn’t terrible for outdoor plans, but it will be uncomfortable with all that humidity. Looks like dry weather for the Eagles game.
