Weather Summary
A cold front swept through the Delaware Valley Friday night. Behind the front, noticeably lower humidity will arrive on Saturday making for a much more comfortable day with plenty of sunshine! The refreshing air won’t last long though, however, as dewpoints climb again on Sunday. While much of the day will feature a combination of sun and clouds, a few showers and thunderstorms will develop late in the day ahead of another cold front. Some of the storms could be strong with downpours and gusty winds.

Sunday’s Severe Threat
The radar should begin to fill in during the late afternoon and evening hours on Sunday with an approaching cold front. Some of these storms could be strong to severe with winds between 50-65 mph and drenching downpours. The Storm Prediction Center, as of this writing, has upgraded the severe threat to a level 2 out of 5. This could potentially impact Sunday’s World Cup game.
