Chris and Lori Sowers are deeply committed to supporting the organizations that have made a profound impact on their lives and the lives of children across the region. Their philanthropic efforts focus on providing comfort to families in crisis and supporting world-class pediatric care.
Virtua Voorhees: Comfort for Families in Quarantine
The Sowers family has a personal connection to the pediatric team at Virtua Voorhees. In the summer of 2024, Chris and Lori’s daughter was hospitalized with a severe, rapidly spreading skin infection. During five difficult days in quarantine, they witnessed firsthand the incredible care provided by the hospital staff.
What many people don’t realize is that for children in quarantine, toys and games cannot be reused due to safety protocols. Every time a new child is admitted, a fresh set of activities must be provided to keep them occupied and comforted during their recovery. To support the nurses and ensure every child has the toys they need during a frightening time, Chris and Lori actively raise funds for this initiative.
Enjoy the Chris Sowers' dungeon swag! A portion of every purchase is donated to CHOP. Your order helps make a positive impact, and we’re truly grateful for your support.
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)
Chris believes in the power of turning creativity into a positive impact. Through his "More Than a Brand" initiative, the "Live from the Sowers Dungeon" clothing and swag line serves a higher purpose. Every purchase of a hoodie, coffee mug, or accessory contributes to a larger mission.
A portion of each sale is donated directly to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). These funds support children requiring critical care and life-saving treatments, ensuring that CHOP remains a leader in pediatric medicine. When you wear the brand, you aren't just sporting merchandise—you are making a tangible difference in a child's life.
Local Faith & Support
In addition to their work with regional hospitals, Chris and Lori are dedicated members of their local community in Washington Township, where they provide regular support to their local church and its community outreach programs.
