Watch the rips!

I don’t know how many of you are actually going into the water these days given how chilly the water temperature still is. But if you do venture in be careful. The rip current risk is elevated over the next couple of days.

Otherwise, we’re looking at an incredible stretch of weather on the boards. Blue skies, sunshine and temperatures in the upper 60s to mid 70s. The water is still a little bumpy if you’re looking to take the boat out. A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect through Tuesday morning. We’ll see whether or not it gets extended.

Limited marine hazards have been posted Tuesday for areas roughly 15-30 nm out. There will frequently be wind gusts greater than 25 knots and waves up to 5 feet expected in the yellow shaded area.
